In line with our made-to-order eco-friendly approach, each item is printed specifically for you once you place an order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or choosing the wrong design.
We’re Happy to Help If Something Goes Wrong
✅ We will replace or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong product or incorrect printing.
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number,
- Photos showing the defect or issue.
❌ We cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size ordered (please check our size chart carefully before purchase)
- Change of mind
- General dislike of the product or design (as each item is printed to order).
UK/EU Customers
Under UK/EU law, certain products are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period, including those made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Our products fall into this category because they are produced individually for each order and not pre-made.
Important Notes
- All refunds or replacements are subject to approval.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not process physical returns unless requested in writing by our support team.

Can I return my order if I change my mind or need a different size?
Because all our items are printed on demand just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors. Please check the size chart before ordering.
What if my order is wrong or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll fix it by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Do you accept returns from the UK/EU?
Our products are made-to-order, which means they are exempt from the standard UK/EU 14-day cooling-off period. We can only accept returns if your item is faulty or incorrect.
